Terms of Service — AdsNord Snap

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AdsNord SnapMagnet ("Service") at snap.adsnord.com or checkout.adsnord.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and business owners ("subscribers") who access or use our white-label photo magnet ordering platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AdsNord SnapMagnet provides a white-label software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables business owners to:

Create branded landing pages for photo magnet orders
Receive and manage customer magnet orders through an admin dashboard
Send automated WhatsApp notifications to customers upon order completion
Process payments from end-customers via configured payment methods
Generate print-ready layouts for photo magnets

We provide the platform and tools. Business owners are responsible for fulfilling magnet orders, customer communication, and their own business operations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AdsNord SnapMagnet is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:

Starter: $39/month — 1 landing page, basic features
Professional: $99/month — 10 landing pages, advanced features
Enterprise: $199/month — Unlimited pages, all features including WhatsApp automation

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

4. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact us for a full refund.
After 14 days: No refunds are issued for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans: Refunds are prorated if cancelled within the first 30 days.

5. Account Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws
The accuracy of your business information and branding
Fulfilling all magnet orders placed by your customers
Setting appropriate prices and payment methods for your customers
Complying with WhatsApp Business API policies when using messaging features

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@adsnord.com.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AdsNord SnapMagnet to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Send spam or unsolicited messages to customers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission
Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive activities
Upload content that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without refund.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform, including your business logo and customer photos. By uploading content, you grant AdsNord a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The AdsNord SnapMagnet platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AdsNord and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Customer photos are deleted automatically 15 days after order completion and immediately upon demo expiry.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsNord shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Issues arising from third-party services (Stripe, WhatsApp, Meta, Cloudflare)
Service interruptions or downtime beyond our reasonable control
Actions taken by your customers or end-users

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for:

Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
Emergency security updates
Force majeure events beyond our control

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time:

By you: Cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
By us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. We will provide notice where possible.

Upon termination, your landing pages and dashboard will be deactivated. You may request an export of your order data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Skövde, Sweden.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
