Welcome to AdsNord SnapMagnet ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our white-label photo magnet ordering platform at snap.adsnord.com and checkout.adsnord.com.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Business owners (subscribers): Business name, email address, logo, payment information, WhatsApp number, and password.
- End customers (magnet buyers): Full name, phone number (WhatsApp), photos uploaded for magnet printing, delivery address, and payment method preference.
- Demo users: Business name, email address, and uploaded logo — stored temporarily for 20 minutes.
- Contact form users: Name, email, phone number, and message content.
We also automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage data when you interact with our platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our photo magnet ordering platform
- Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- Send order confirmation and completion notifications via WhatsApp Business API
- Send transactional emails (welcome emails, order updates) via Resend
- Generate branded landing pages and admin dashboards for business owners
- Store and display customer-uploaded photos for order processing
- Respond to customer support inquiries
- Improve our platform and user experience
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Your payment data is handled directly by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.
- Meta / WhatsApp Business API: To send order completion notifications to customers.
- Resend: Email delivery service for transactional emails.
- Cloudflare: Our infrastructure provider for hosting, security, and data storage (D1 database, R2 storage).
- Google Sheets: Lead tracking for internal business purposes only.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Photos and Media
Photos uploaded by end customers for magnet printing are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 storage. These photos are:
- Only accessible to the business owner through their admin dashboard
- Used solely for the purpose of printing photo magnets
- Automatically deleted 15 days after an order is marked as completed
- Immediately deleted when a demo session expires (after 20 minutes)
We do not use customer photos for any marketing, training, or other purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
- All API keys and secrets stored as encrypted environment variables
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Cloudflare Workers and D1 database with access controls
- Stripe handles all payment card data — we never store card numbers
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
- Demo data: Deleted automatically after 20 minutes
- Order photos: Deleted 15 days after order completion
- Customer account data: Retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation
- Order records: Retained for up to 2 years for business record-keeping
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 1 year
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Sweden, you have the following rights under GDPR:
- Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
- Right to restrict processing: Request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to data portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Right to object: Object to processing of your data

9. Cookies
We use minimal cookies and browser storage for essential platform functionality only, including:
- Session management for admin dashboard login
- Temporary storage of demo session data
- Plan selection during checkout flow
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at info@adsnord.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
